Cindy Paris is an MBTI® Master Practitioner, C-IQ Enhanced Skills Coach, and experienced team and leadership coach, trainer and facilitator. Her purpose and focus is to help people work better together by tapping the potential in each individual to help them bring their best, whole-self, to the workplace.
Cindy approaches her work from the principle that self-awareness is the key driver for individual effectiveness, successful workplace relationships, good leadership and teamwork, and ultimately higher levels of organizational performance. Her methodology blends cognitive, emotional and behavioral models and feedback into a powerful process for growth and development for individuals, leaders and teams. Cindy is a frequent speaker for local, national and international Chapters of the Association for Psychological Type (APTi), and has authored numerous articles for The Bulletin of Psychological Type.
Tracy Akresh Stone is an executive coach and partners with leaders on career transitions, managing change, developing leadership practices, and creating more effective teams. She combines business acumen with development tools to help her clients maximize impact to achieve greater success, build confidence, and delegate effectively. Her training is based on the principles of positive psychology and she is certified in the use of MBTI ®, Interaction Styles®, 360 evaluations, and Essential Motivators® assessments and tools.
Prior to starting her coaching practice, Tracy held leadership positions at enterprises such as Ernst & Young, JPMorgan, and HP and at start-ups including Esurance and POPSUGAR. She earned a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Tracy provides individual and group coaching and team workshops for all levels of leaders who are looking to grow.
Deborah has provided strategic and tactical fundraising counsel for over a decade to a variety of non-profit organizations around the country. Her expertise includes client feasibility studies, capital campaigns, philanthropy strategic planning, systems for successful major/planned giving, annual fund enhancement, and working with diverse boards on culture change and roles and responsibilities as it relates to fundraising. She is gifted in talent recruitment and provides leadership coaching and board/staff training on a variety of subjects.
Prior to starting her own firm, Deborah was a partner in the philanthropy consulting firm of Donovan Slone & Guthrie. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from Temple University and is a frequent speaker at professional association events and conferences.
